HeyDay
HeyDay is a preschool and daycare for children ages 3 to 5.
Students are taught by Melody Bridges, following the reggio emilia approach, a pedagogy rooted in the belief that children are capable, curious and active learners.

Melody is a licensed childcare provider who has spent decades working with children as a part of the Northwest Children's Theater and the Portland Children's Museum.
HeyDay
Space
HeyDay is a home-based daycare in Northeast Portland's Argay Terrace neighborhood.
The space has been renovated to be safe and welcoming for children up to 6 years, and includes a classroom play area, fenced outdoor area, and child-friendly bathroom.
HeyDay is open Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM year-round, except on federal holidays and certain prescheduled breaks.

How many students are enrolled at a time?
HeyDay enrolls up to ten students at a time.
What license does HeyDay hold?
HeyDay will be a registered Certified Childcare Center in partnership with the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care.
Who else is on staff?
Besides Miss Melody, HeyDay is staffed by licensed teaching artists with specialized experience in arts education and inquiry-based play.
How much is tuition?
Tuition is $1,850 per month. Parents are billed at the beginning of the month through a parent portal (autopay is available). Daily snacks are included; children bring their own lunch.
